MONDAY-FRIDAY. DINE-IN ONLY AFTER 5 PM.
We cook a limited amount each night; when they’re gone, they’re gone! All orders come with two sides and cornbread.
MONDAY:
- Bar-B-Que Meatloaf. Pit cooked with/ smoked tomato gravy.
TUESDAY:
- Hot Honey Fried Chicken. 24hr buttermilk brined, secreto spices with hot honey drizzle. 4pc.
WEDNESDAY:
- Cajun BBQ Pork Chop. Double cut, Cajun rubbed, pit smoked, served w/
our NEW Hot Honey Gold sauce, scallions
THURSDAY:
- Smoked Jerk Chicken. 24hr marinade, pit smoked & grilled, finished w/
jerk BBQ glaze & smoked pineapple salsa. Don’t forget to add 2 center cut ribs!
FRIDAY:
- Texas Beef Short Rib. Salt & Pepper rubbed, pit-smoked & Bar-B-Que glazed. Served on a bed of green chili grits.
