

MONDAY-FRIDAY. DINE-IN ONLY AFTER 5PM.
Each night we cook a limited amount, when they’re gone they’re gone! All orders come with 2 sides & cornbread.
MON – Bar-B-Que Meatloaf. Pit cooked w/ smoked tomato gravy.
TUES – Hot Honey Fried Chicken. 24hr buttermilk brined, secreto spices with hot honey drizzle. 4pc.
WED – Cajun BBQ Pork Chop. Double cut, cajun rubbed, pit smoked, served w/
our NEW Hot Honey Gold sauce, scallions
THURS – Smoked Jerk Chicken. 24hr marinade, pit smoked & grilled, finished w/
jerk BBQ glaze & smoked pineapple salsa. Don’t forget to add 2 center cut ribs!
FRIDAY – Texas Beef Short Rib. Salt & Pepper rubbed, pit-smoked & Bar-B-Que glazed. Served on a bed of green chili grits.
