MONDAY–FRIDAY. LUNCH SPECIALS UNTIL 4 PM.
Each plate is stacked and served hot with your choice of 1 or 2 sides: slow-smoked meats and bold flavors.
MONDAY :
- The Pitmaster: Smoked burnt ends with cheddar, red onion, and smoky plum tomatoes.
- Oklahoma Onion Burger: Pressed onion smashburger with pickles, BBQ drizzle, American cheese, jalapeños, BBQ chips, and zip sauce.
TUESDAY :
- Turkey Tuesday “Spiceman”: Smoked turkey and pulled pork with provolone and zip sauce on Stretch Bread.
- Turkey Club: Smoked turkey, original sauce, thick cut bacon, lettuce, tomato, zip sauce.
- Jucy Lucy: Minneapolis-style stuffed burger oozing with American cheese, caramelized onions, more cheese, homemade pickles, BBQ drizzle, and zip sauce.
WEDNESDAY :
- Three Little Pigs: Duroc pulled pork, smoked ham, crispy bacon, BBQ sauce, and melted Swiss on a toasted roll.
- Smoked Chimi Burger: Smashburger with crispy Pecorino Romano, chimichurri, and smoked chopped onions.
THURSDAY:
- Chimi Chicken Sandwich: Pulled chicken, chimichurri, smoked onions, mayo, and melted Swiss on a pressed roll.
- Chili Cheeseburger Smash: Double burger with poblano peppers, smoked tomato salsa, tortilla strips, melted American, and zip sauce.
FRIDAY:
- Texas Salute: Prime brisket + split hot link sausage with pickled jalapeños, cheddar, and Weber’s horseradish mustard.
- Pork-sket: Brisket, pulled pork, cheddar, jalapeños, slaw, BBQ sauce, and horsey mayo. The king of BBQ sandwiches.
