you buffet style. An 18% service charge will be added.*

DROP OFF WITH SERVERS

50 person minimum

A drop off deluxe, we provide at least 2 servers for your function who will take
care of the details of serving your guests so you can enjoy your party. Our
servers will come armed with chafing dishes, set-up and serve your guests to
make your party a swinging success. An 18% service charge will be added.*

 

DELIVERY

15 person minimum, for local deliveries.

We come to you and drop off the goods, hot and ready to eat in disposable
aluminum pans. Our drivers will set up your spread and your party helps
themselves to a BBQ treat. Please allow 1/2 hour delivery window. A delivery
fee and 10% service charge will be added.*

 

PICK UP

No minimum necessary

You come to the restaurant at a specified time and we load you up with your
food in disposable aluminum pans, hot and ready to go.

Need to pick up in advance?

with reheating instructions.

smoked and lightly slathered with BBQ sauce.
• Mixed Quarters (half white meat, half dark meat) - Hand rubbed,

• Mojito Boneless Chicken Breast - Boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated in
our Mojito marinade and grilled. Bold bright flavor, not spicy.

Gianelli Sausage (Sweet Italian or Hot Italian)

Smoked and lightly slathered with BBQ sauce.

BBQ Beef Tenderloin

Slow smoked whole tenderloin, sliced to order & served with horseradish mayo.

BBQ Ribeye

Whole smoked Ribeye, hand sliced and topped with BBQ Au Jus.

Hickory smoked & served with creole honey mustard sauce.

Portobello Mushroom

Marinated and grilled, these are a great vegetarian item.

Folks, we book quickly! For Full Service and Drop off with Servers we have limited
spaces, so call early for best availability. On certain days, especially in the summer,
we do close dates out completely up to two weeks ahead of time even for very
small quantities of food. Once you know the date of your function, give us a call and
we can reserve you in our calendar!

Due to the nature of BBQ (low & slow) we cannot always make last minute
changes or take last minute orders. We will try to accommodate you as much
as possible, but please be aware there will be an addtional $25 fee for same
day orders and same day changes.
