Prep Cook in Harlem, NY ( Hourly Position )

Dinosaur BBQ is a high volume, food quality and hospitality obsessed BBQ joint located in the up-and-coming area of West Harlem. We are proud of our award winning BBQ and looking for players that want to grow with us in our fast paced environment. We are looking for experienced line and prep cooks for both am and pm shifts, with a proven record of success. Must have strong communication and organization skills. We are looking for flexible individuals, and weekends are a must.
